Alan Pats is President and Chief Financial Officer of SAE Engineering, Inc. He joined the company in 2002 as the Assistant to the President and began learning the manufacturing trade. He was then appointed as Officer-In-Charge in early 2003 and named as President by the Board of Directors in September of the same year. During his first year as President and CFO, SAE Engineering more than doubled its 2003 annual sales. This was achieved using the right financial policies and instilling discipline within the organization. In the past 10 years under his leadership, the company has continued to grow through its effective use of technological innovation and aggressively pursuing new market opportunities.

With over 20 years in the precision sheet metal industry, James' career started in the bay area and continues there today. Throughout his life, he has learned the trade from some of the most experienced people in the manufacturing industry. His tenure with SAE Engineering began in 2003 and in 2005 he was promoted to General Manager. This position fully utilizes his experience that he's gained over the years and since becoming General Manager, SAE Engineering's customer base has increased by 30 percent. His investment in our employees and his continued drive have brought the company to where it is today.

Kimberly Davis began her career at SAE Engineering, Inc. in the fall of 2008. She started in Accounting and was promoted to Controller in the fall of 2012. She oversees all accounting and human resource functions and ensures the company continues to run smoothly. She has broadened her responsibilities to include our ISO 9001 & 13485 certification and handles all related quality documentation and audits. She is committed to bringing SAE Engineering forward by empowering employees and providing the resources neccessary for growth in this competitive market.

Mike Mijares is the newest member of management, joining SAE Engineering, Inc. in the fall of 2011. With his extensive experience in multiple sectors of the manufacturing industry, he brings knowledge and the lean manufacturing concepts needed to move the company forward. He is also certified for Six Sigma and the 5 "S" standards. Since he has come on board, production efficiency has increased and costs are down. Mike continues to lead SAE Engineering in producing high quality parts delivered to the customer on time.
